New full-time employees become eligible to enroll and will become effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. If an employee does not elect coverage after the initial waiting period, they must wait to enroll until the next Open Enrollment period. Additionally, the elections that are made can not be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
